DRAPER, UT – October 30, 2012: ClearPlex today announces that it is in the process of successfully consummating an agreement with CV STARR insurance carriers to insure the product warranty on ClearPlex windshield film and consequential damage to the vehicles windshield. The program was designed, developed and brokered for ClearPlex by the warranty broker Critical Period Insurance Agency, Inc of San Diego, California.
The insurance will go beyond the tremendous ClearPlex warranty that covers replacement or repair of any covered ClearPlex window film found to be defective in material or workmanship on vehicles under normal use, meaning ClearPlex now includes the repair or replacement of the covered windshield, under the Terms and Conditions of the Warranty, on vehicles operating in the United States.
